Anna attended the University of Wisonsin/Green Bay pursuing a career in Business & Computer Programing.

Anna's enteurpenurial spirit was demonstrated in 1999 when she purchased a restaurant/bar business in Ripon. As the owner and manager of Schneider’s Pub, her drive and determination bought a struggling business new life. Anna's success reflected in her natural ability and pride in offering great customer service.

In 2003 Anna's dad asked if she would take that same drive & enthusiam and join him in the real estate business. With her concern for the customer, ability to grasp service, sales and marketing concepts, accompanied by her internal drive, Anna soon became an integral part of the growing Schneider Real Estate business.
